In a large bowl, add the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
1⅓ Cup All Purpose Flour, ¾ Cup Brown Sugar, ¾ Cup Rolled Oats, 1 tsp Baking Soda, ½ tsp Salt, ¾ Cup Vegan Chocolate Chips, ¼ Cup Granulated Sugar
Soften vegan butter, DO NOT MELT

In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients and mix until fully combined.
¼ Cup Non-Dairy Milk of Choice, 2 tsp Vanilla
Pour the wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined
Refrigerate the dough for 20 to 30 minutes.
Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet.

Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
