Pizza Crust (of Choice)
(Ready-to-Bake, Frozen, Refrigerated, or Boxed)
Sauce

Jarred Pizza Sauce (of Choice)
OR
Simple Homemade Sauce:

Can
Tomato Paste
Sprinkle
Italian Seasoning
Dash
Garlic Powder
Dash
Onion Powder
Dash
Salt
Veggies of Choice:
1
Bell Pepper (Choice of Red, Yellow, OR Orange)
1
Medium
Yellow Onion
1
Can
Mushrooms (4 to 6 oz can)
Dash
Morton Nature's Seasons (or Salt & Pepper)
(To Taste)
Drizzle
Olive Oil
Toppings of Choice OPTIONAL AS PREFERRED:
Sliced Green Olives
Sliced Black Olives
Cherry Tomatoes
Vegan Mozzarella Cheese
Fresh Spinach
Fresh Basil
Red Pepper Flakes
Fresh Arugula
Vegan Grated Parmesan
INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare Crust:
Prepare the crust according to the package instructions.
1 Pizza Crust (of Choice)
Prepare Sauce:
If Using Store Bought Sauce:
Taste sauce and add spices to increase flavor. Pizza sauce is best if flavorful and zesty.
1 Jarred Pizza Sauce (of Choice)
OR
If Making Simple Homemade Sauce: Thin out tomato paste to the desired consistency, and add above seasonings to taste.
1 Can Tomato Paste,
Sprinkle Italian Seasoning,
Dash Garlic Powder,
Dash Onion Powder,
Dash Salt
Evenly spread an ample amount of sauce on the crust.
Prepare Veggies:
Slice or dice veggies to the preferred size.
1 Bell Pepper (Choice of Red, Yellow, OR Orange),
1 Medium Yellow Onion,
1 Can Mushrooms (4 to 6 oz can)
Add veggies to the pizza directly OR PREFERRED (if you have time) sauté veggies for a few minutes with some olive oil until crisp tender.
Drizzle Olive Oil
Season veggies to taste.
Dash Morton Nature's Seasons (or Salt & Pepper)
Add Additional Toppings - OPTIONAL AS PREFERRED:
Slice olives and/or cherry tomatoes.
Sliced Green Olives,
Cherry Tomatoes,
Sliced Black Olives
Add additional toppings to the pizza and sprinkle a small amount of vegan cheese if desired.
Fresh Spinach,
Vegan Mozzarella Cheese
Place the pizza in the oven and cook for 10-15 minutes until veggies are slightly wilted, and the pizza is heated through.
Remove the pizza from the oven and allow it to sit for 2-3 minutes.
Add any remaining optional toppings, cut, and serve.
