Low Sodium Soy Sauce

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

Poultry Seasoning (blend of herbs, vegan)

All Purpose Flour

Mushrooms (4 to 6 oz can)
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients (except for mushrooms) in saucepan and whisk together until blended.
Cook about 5 minutes until thickened, whisking occasionally.
If desired, add mushrooms and cook until heated through.
Test mixture and add more spices if desired. It is likely you will need to addadditional salt.
