Simple Vegan Gravy
- 2 cups Vegetable Broth
- 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Poultry Powder (typically vegan)
- ¼ cup Flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 1 (6 oz) Can Mushrooms
- Combine all ingredients (except for mushrooms) in saucepan and whisk together until blended.
- Cook about 5 minutes until thickened, whisking occasionally.
- If desired, add mushrooms and cook until heated through.
- Test mixture and add more spices if desired. It is likely you will need to addadditional salt.
