Sift Self Rising Flour and Add Sugar & Salt
Add v-Butter & Beer and Mix Until Combined

Beer Bread
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Cups Self-Rising Flour
- ¼ Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 3 tbsp Vegan Butter
- 1 Can Flavorful Beer
- 3 tbsp Vegan Butter (additional for baking)
INSTRUCTIONS
Beer bread is a wonderful complement to chili’s & stews, dips and charcuterie boards, to BBQ’s and breakfasts. We suggest using a rich and hearty beer to enhance the bread's flavor. Prefer a non-alcoholic option? Substitute with ginger ale instead.
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Sift flour into a large bowl.3 Cups Self-Rising Flour
- Add sugar and salt to the bowl and lightly combine.¼ Cup Sugar, 1 tsp Salt
- Melt 3 tbsp v-butter and add to the bowl.3 tbsp Vegan Butter
- Add beer to the bowl.1 Can Flavorful Beer
- Mix until shaggy and fully combined.
- Grease a loaf pan.
- Add mixture to the loaf pan.
- Pour additional 3 tbsp v-butter on top of the loaf.3 tbsp Vegan Butter
- Place loaf pan on a cookie sheet to protect oven from spills as it rises.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven and let sit 15 minutes in the pan.
- Remove from pan and place on a cooling rack for 15 minutes.
- Slice into thick slices and serve with vegan butter or jam.
