SWEET & TANGY CARAMELIZED CABBAGE
Sweet and tangy flavors burst forth in this caramelized cabbage dish. A perfect balance of sweetness and a little zest makes it a delightful side dish or a light main course.
CABBAGE & ONION BASE
The sweetness of the onion melds harmoniously with the subtle bitterness of the purple cabbage, creating a complex flavor base that is transformed into a sweet and tangy delight through caramelization.
SAVORY & SWEET
The apple cider vinegar provides a bright acidity that balances the sweetness of the onion and caramelized cabbage, while the Dijon mustard adds a touch of tangy zest. A sprinkle of sugar enhances the caramelization process and creates a depth of flavor, perfectly complemented by the subtle warmth of salt and pepper.
