  • Combine all ingredients in blender: Fruit Juice (in moderation), Almond Milk (or preferred non-diary milk), Generous Sprinkle of Superseeds: Chia, Flax, & Hemp, Plant Based Protein Powder, Handful Fresh Spinach or Kale

Energy Boost Recipe

  • Combine all ingredients in blender: Ice Cubes, Almond Milk (or preferred non-diary milk), 1 Medjool Dates, 1 Handful Frozen Strawberries, 1 tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter or Sunflower Butter (Nut Free), Plant Based Protein Powder

Tasty Recipe

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender: Ice Cubes, Plant Based Protein Powder, Cocoa Powder (Vegan), 1/2 Banana, 2 tsp Creamy Peanut Butter (peanut butter powder works well)

Green Detox Recipe
