Vegan Gravy Options
- 1 Can Vegan Gravy
- OR PREPARE HOMEMADE:
- 2 C Vegetable Broth
- 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1½ tsp Poultry Seasoning (blend of herbs, vegan)
- 1/4 C Flour
- 1½ tsp Salt (+ more to taste)
- ½ tsp Pepper
Mashed Potato Options
- 2-4 Servings Vegan Instant Mashed Potatoes
- OR PREPARE HOMEMADE:
- 2 Russet Potatoes
- 1 tbsp Vegan Butter
- Splash Almond Milk (or preferred non-diary milk)
- Salt
Remaining Ingredients
- 1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (15 oz)
- Salt & Pepper (to taste)

- Sprinkle Vegan Shredded Cheese

PREPARE PLANT BASED CHICKEN

PREPARE VEGAN GRAVY
- Prepare can of vegan gravy according to package instructions1 Can Vegan Gravy
- OR PREPARE 5-Minute Simple Vegan Gravy:
- Combine all ingredients in saucepan before heating. Whisk together until mostly blended, turn on flame, whisk occasionally for 5 minutes until fully blended and thickened.2 C Vegetable Broth, 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast, 1 tsp Onion Powder, 1 tsp Garlic Powder, 1½ tsp Poultry Seasoning (blend of herbs, vegan), 1/4 C Flour, 1½ tsp Salt, ½ tsp Pepper
PREPARE MASHED POTATOES
- Prepare 2-4 servings of a vegan instant mashed potatoes (check label to confirm no dairy ingredients). OR2-4 Servings Vegan Instant Mashed Potatoes
- OR PREPARE Simple Homemade Mashed Potatoes:
- Wash, dice, and boil potatoes until tender, add ingredients and mash until desired consistency.2 Russet Potatoes, 1 tbsp Vegan Butter, Splash Almond Milk (or preferred non-diary milk), Salt
HEAT CORN
- Microwave corn in a safe bowl for 1-2 minutes; when serving, use a slotted spoon to drain excess liquid.1 Can Whole Kernel Corn (15 oz)
ASSEMBLE & OPTIONAL TOPPING
- Add mashed potatoes to the bottom of the bowl
