STEP 1 – PREPARE THE CHICK’N:
- Cook the plant-based chick’n strips according to the package instructions.
STEP 2 – CHOP AND MIX THE INGREDIENTS:
- Chop the romaine lettuce, slice the tomatoes, and dice the onion.
- Add them all to a large bowl and toss with vegan Caesar dressing until evenly coated.
- Cut the cooked chickān strips/tenders into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 3 – FILL THE WRAP:
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spoon a portion of the dressed romaine mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- Top with the chickān pieces.
STEP 4 – WRAP AND SERVE:
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly to enclose the filling.

- 1Ā½ Head Romaine Lettuce
- Handful Cherry Tomatoes
- Ā¼ Medium Red Onion
- Ā½ Bottle Vegan Caesar Dressing (to taste)
- 2 Tortilla Wraps (of choice)

- Sprinkle Vegan Parmesan
Instructions
- Prepare vegan tenders/nuggets according to package.1 Package Vegan Chicken Tenders or Nuggets
- Thinly slice romaine off of head, wash, and pat dry (or use salad spinner).1Ā½ Head Romaine Lettuce
- Cut tomatoes in half (or thirds).Handful Cherry Tomatoes
- Thinly slice onion.Ā¼ Medium Red Onion
